As a result, this webinar will take place in the safest possible setting in response to the ongoing pandemic. The conference activities are now arranged in a virtual format in order to reach everyone.
Platform: Zoom Application
You do not need a Zoom account to join a Zoom meeting or webinar, however we do recommend that you download and install the Zoom desktop application prior to your meeting for the optimal user experience (moderators must do this to use co-hosting controls).
Zoom is available for Android and iOS devices, we recommend that you use a laptop or desktop computer rather than a smartphone or tablet. This will provide you with a better viewing experience as well as more features.
What We Need to Get Started
1. Your computer's built-in camera or an external webcam.
2. Your computer's built-in microphone will function, or you can use an external USB microphone or a headset for greater sound.
3. A high-speed internet connection (10 Mbps or more) to your PC.
